Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to allow a minimum of a 48 hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during that time frame. Any appointment that is cancelled less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). Less than a 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of all scheduled service(s).

Emergencies & sickness do happen. In these cases the cancellation fee will be waived. Please remember to check your text messages that are sent 5 days prior to your appointment!
